  • Guidance: listening, analysing, synthesising, monitoring and auditing, one-to-one or in groups
  • Regulation: methods or media for documenting sensitive, escalating or distressing situations. We get to the root of the underlying problem and offer possible solutions.
  • Mentoring a supportive relationship, fostering exchange and learning
  • Leadership coaching: advice and support with management skills

Training: workshops and/or continued professional development to build practical management tools that are suited to you, and that you can implement in your day-to-day.

Resolution: prevention or long-term resolution of professional conflicts and issues.

We currently operate mainly in Switzerland, in the cantons of Vaud, Neuchâtel and Valais. However, our services are available nationwide and we have carried out several projects in German-speaking Switzerland.
