Support: we offer leadership coaching, guidance, mentoring, or various other sessions with managers, executives and teams to develop management skills that boost professional wellbeing and enhance performance:
- Guidance: listening, analysing, synthesising, monitoring and auditing, one-to-one or in groups
- Regulation: methods or media for documenting sensitive, escalating or distressing situations. We get to the root of the underlying problem and offer possible solutions.
- Mentoring a supportive relationship, fostering exchange and learning
- Leadership coaching: advice and support with management skills
Training: workshops and/or continued professional development to build practical management tools that are suited to you, and that you can implement in your day-to-day.

We work together to decide how long the service should last, according to the project and/or your needs. We can support you for a day, or for months or years.
Each assignment is tailor made according to the needs identified and the time our team will need to complete the project. Our business proposal gives a detailed price breakdown to ensure transparency with our customers.
